Server logs are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised. Aggregated analytics, which cannot identify you, are kept indefinitely. Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up, normally no more than 24 months. Our advertising partners apply their own retention periods.
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, tell us through our contact form and we will delete it.
